Scottsdale, AZ (June 2, 2010)—Just a few months after acquiring Sapporo in North Scottsdale, Arizona, parent company Tavistock Restaurants announced plans for renovating the highly successful restaurant. Tavistock has retained renowned architect Chris Smith of CMS Architecture and Design (Charlie Palmer Steak, Las Vegas and South Coast Plaza; ZED451 Chicago and Boca Raton; Benihana Village, Jakarta, among others) to remodel the space.
